Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

· Coordinate with cross function teams to establish documented quality assurance system

· Provide quality system training, metrological training to the related employees

· Lead all quality issues in material, process product, finish good etc.

· Organize internal & external audit to make sure all the procedures and working instructions are well understood and followed

· Monitor factory quality performance

· Qualify local suppliers, assess the quality and push continuous improvement

· Track product quality level and have in time feedback to production team

· Good understanding customer requirements and lead the quality team to archive the quality needs.

· Publicize customer requirements to all employees whose job will affect products quality significantly

· Utilize Six Sigma and other tools to improve or redesign processes

· Keep 0 recordable rate within team; And 100% completion EHS performance review

· Make sure close the department safety issue in 30 days;

· Encourage EE participant EHS activities; Ensure at least 1 elementary owner in the team

Key Activities:

· Prepare and control the department budget

· Lead the development and continuous improve manufacture control plan for each operation

· Lead team to commit the obligation of EHS, as required

· Create and control the quality loop in manufacture.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years relevant management experience in the manufacturing environment

· BS technical or equivalent, MBA is preferred

· Seasoned in quality assurance system. Strong sense in statistics tools practice

· Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese

· Excellent leadership skills

· Demonstrated success in fast-paced, execution-critical environments.

· Ability to influence & gain commitment across business functions
