职位描述：

1、负责公司销售合同及其他营销文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作；
2、负责各类报销单据的整理记录以及去银行和政府递交文件资料；
3、负责做好上门客户的接待和电话来访工作；
4、负责开单以及每日单据整理、录入形成报表；
5、做好与其他部门的配合工作。

任职要求：
1、中专以上学历，行政管理、文秘等专业毕业；
2、形象气质佳，服从安排、善于沟通；
