职位描述：
Working Tasks

1. Maintain and develop the ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Management System (QMS)
2. Develop our processes related to Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)
3. Plan and perform audits, evaluation and approval of suppliers for Kitron’s Approved and Preferred Vendor Lists (AVL/PVL).
4. Coach and assist our QC Engineer in part inspection (FAI/FAT) and general performance of quality control (QC)
5. Coach and assist our Sourcing Engineers in Non Conformity handling and general problem solving related to quality issues.
6. Plan and conduct regular internal and external audits.
7. Record and follow up Non Conformities.
8. Develop and perform relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) analysis.


Qualification

1. Higher technical education in electronics/mechanics. Relevant work experience may compensate for shortcomings in formal education.
2. Formal relevant ISO 9001 training.
3. At least 3 years of relevant work experience from QMS/SQA.
4. Knowledge of relevant management systems and standards like ISO 9000, 14000, 13485, 16949, AQAP 2120, FDA, QSR & CSR.
5. Knowledge of relevant Workmanship standards (IPC & J-STD)
6. General knowledge of applicable laws and legislations related to health, environment and safety.
7. Excellent written and oral English language.
8. Good discipline and well-structured working attitude.
9. Possess cooperative qualities with the ability to work both in team and independently.
10. Willing to travel domestically and abroad (part of the training will be held in Europe)
11. General knowledge in use of ERP systems and applicable Microsoft applications. 举报 分享
