Job description

1.Follow up the order progress in house from order placing to inspection complete and delivered
2.Follow up the order with suppliers to make sure that they are following the procedures & meeting the capacity requirements
3.Ensure on-time delivery for all responsible orders
4.Initiating and keeping track of orders
5.filling and keeping daily records
6.Soliciting written and telephone quotations
7.Assisting the Buyer in maintaining procurement documents in a systematic and traceable manner
8.Handling supporting tasks such as labeling and processing product pictures etc.;
9.Other tasks assigned by manager.


Qualifications and Skills

-College degree in related major
-Experience in similar position
-Teamwork and communication skills
-bookkeeping skills
-Analytical and problem solving skills
-Detail-oriented and result driven
-Effective verbal and listening communications skills in English
-Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level
-Excellent IT skills
