工作职责
? Understand the properties and characteristics of Voltatex(R) materials (Wire enamel) and other insulation materials in the market.
? Understand and identify customer needs and market trends of Voltatex® materials and electrical insulation system (EIS) working together with sales and marketing team.
? Design and implementation of material tests, insulation system tests and application tests for the targeted customers and industries.
? Make modifications on current EIS products according to customer requirements. Provide support on quality, production and R&D projects.
? Maintain good documentation and delivery reports timely.
? Cooperate with other SBUs or third party labs for leveraged resources.
? Work closely with R&D and business team both locally and globally.
? Keep high compliance with company's core values.

任职资格
? Bachelor's or higher degree on polymer, insulation materials, electrical motor design, etc.
? Good command of knowledge on polymer or organic chemistry.
? At least 3 years working experience in Fine Enamel wire factory.
? Good communication and networking skills in different functions and different cultures.
? Previous customer interface experience preferred.
? Strong technical background and willingness to learn new technology.
? Demonstrated ability to use scientific methods and to follow-up reliably.
? Familiar with factory processes of enameling and motor winding.
? Good command of computer skill e.g. excel, ppt, English etc.
