职位描述
岗位职责：
1.完成试剂产品的原物料的检验（Incoming quality control）；
2.完成试剂产品的过程质量控制（In process quality control）及产品出厂质量控制（Final quality control）；
3.参与新项目转产验证，保证新项目的顺利转产，并为转产验证项目制备相应的质控品；
4.处理试剂产品的投诉问题，分析和汇总实验数据，积累质控经验；
5.验证试剂产品的适用性，主要包括对上海新波新开发的检验仪器和AutoDELFIA等全自动仪器的验证；
6.参与与质检有关的质量改进活动，为质量改进工作提供质检方面的专业知识和支持。

岗位要求：
1.生物、化学、制药相关专业本科及以上学历。医学检验、免疫学或分析生物学专业优先；
2.有3年以上生物或医药行业QC工作经验；
3.熟悉诊断试剂或制药质量管理法规和体系者优先；
4.熟悉生物技术基本知识和基础化学分析过程和实际操作；
5.有较强的计划能力、学习能力和数据统计分析能力、善于思考；
6.CET4级以上，英语读写熟练。具备基本的听说能力。
