岗位职责
与代理商及终端用户联络，推广和销售公司的产品,达成所管理区域的销售任务
定期拜访客户，收集客户的信息、意见和建议并及时反馈
管理销售工程师的工作规划和安排
协助市场部在区域内的各项推广活动
岗位要求
有医学,生物学或检验学科背景
具有至少5年销售经验，其中3年团队管理经验
熟悉所在区域医疗器械及诊断试剂市场
具有良好的市场控制能力和开拓能力
较强的团队协作精神，勤奋敬业
良好的沟通组织协调能力；较强的观察力、应变能力和判断力
熟练的英语沟通能力
