岗位职责
1.Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual financial planning, forecasting and projection.
2.The review and analysis of reported operating results on a weekly/monthly basis identify significant variances from forecast and communicate to cost center. Provide financial analysis information interpretation and counsel to the cost center, partner with cost centers to assist management in expense control and decision-making and to serve as a business advisor.
3.Participate in other related plant meetings and management activities with the management team
4.Lead projects and continually seek opportunities to improve financial planning/forecasting process.
5.To work with the USA planning team and keep good communication each other.
6.Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

岗位要求：
1、本科学历，会计专业
2、3年以上的制造业财务分析与计划工作经验
3、英文读写能力强
