岗位职责DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Market intelligence collection and recommend the high potential supplier to the team according to supplier development scorecard;
?Lead the team to quality selected supplier
?Contract/Agreements finalization
?Price negotiation and contract management
?Supplier performance management
?Maintain and improve the relations between AZ and supplier
?Handling the various complains raised by stakeholders
?Solving problems during the cooperation period, such as supply shortage, quality incident,

岗位要求ESSENTIAL POSITION QUALIFICATION:
?University education and above
?Chemical or pharmaceutical related major is preferred.
?At least 5 year or above working experience in chemical or pharmaceutical materials sourcing area, prefer to have API/excipients sourcing experience
?GMP and SHE knowledge are required
?Project management experience is preferred
?Good performance tracking
?Fluent in Mandarin and good oral & written English skill
?Hard working and clear thinking
?Good communication and coordination skill
? Teamwork spirit
? Be good at office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
