3、5年以上化工行业环境安全管理工作经验
4、扎实的化工行业环境安全健康知识，熟悉化工行业的环境安全健康管理；

6、熟练使用相关办公软件。
职位描述：
1、制定公司内部安全工作计划，根据国家及开发区法律法规，负责公司安全环保体系、流程和各项安全生产规章制度的建设与完善，以及体系的审核；
2、全面负责公司安全环保健康安全监督管理工作，做好日常管理，开展安全相关管理活动，开展好对职工安全方面的意识教育、技能培训活动；
3、推动公司安全环保健康安全制度在各部门和人员的执行，协助各部门整改；
4、负责组织作业环节风险识别和风险控制，制定安全防范措施，安全管理预警机制；
5、制定及完善安全环保健康安全事故应急预案，并定期组织公司内部员工进行应急预案演练，并做好相关报告；
6、定期对公司安全环保环境安全健康、劳动防护和特种作业管理等进行全面监督检查，落实责任并跟进结果；督促员工对安全制度的执行，并做相关报告；
7、建立及完善安全事故报告管理制度；
8、负责公司人员的环境健康安全的培训工作；
9、负责公司环境健康安全费用计划、控制和管理。
