The Dow Chemical Company has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisory (HRA) Representative, within Human Resources (HR). Our HR organization is in the process of transforming to a leading-edge operating model. This role would be located within the “APAC HR Solutions” arm of this operating model. The HR Solutions organization will be responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions to all employees and leaders. HR Solutions roles will contain deep subject-matter expertise in order to consult on programs, processes and people. The top priority of HR Solutions is to deliver the best Employee Experience through exceptional delivery of a portfolio of solutions.

Job Overview:
HR Advisory (HRA) Representative is empowered to support and provide quality & timely consultation and solutions to employees and leaders cross HR Discipline teams for Asia Pacific region, and also be empowered to have deep understanding of End-to-End HR work process across APAC 14 countries, he/she is the engine of HR Solutions organization to deliver best-in-class Employee Experience and drive Operational Excellence. This role is aligned to Workforce Administration (WFA).
Accountabilities
Use Enabling Technology (five9 Telephony, ServiceNow Case Management, and Workday) to provide day to day HR consultation & solutions to support employee & leader inquiry
Utilize soft skills to be able to identify client needs and manage HR case within required run-the-business metrics to achieve performance target
Support and perform activities required to deliver HR discipline processes and be capable of conducting research to provide better Employee Experience through observation of the discipline process functionality
Leverage and contribute to Knowledge Base and Case Management content to drive continuous improvement not limited to HR Advisory team but also from whole HR Solutions organization perspective
Proactively engaged into cross discipline projects to promote new HR operating model and be strong advocator of HR Advisory team with customer centric mindset and always having exploring spirit of digitalization and optimization

Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of human resources or relevant experience
Highly skilled in effectively interacting with and supporting all levels of employees
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and other Asia language is a plus
Critical problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability leveraging a variety of technology to support inquiry resolution (i.e., Case Management and Knowledge Base systems)
Experience in high volume operational environments is required.
Experience with Workday is an advantage.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Works collaboratively, is self-motivated and accountable.
Customer service mindset.
