This is an exciting opportunity for a young and passionate digital marketing professional with the experience of leading the digitalization journey in the world’s top material science company. The person will play a key role in unlocking the huge possibilities of digital sales, marketing & branding channels and creating values both to customers and the company.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Develop digital marketing strategy and rollouts aligning with business growth priorities
• Lead content creation and content marketing with marketers towards omni-channel, include trade shows, seminars, SCRM, website, WeChat, EDM, paid online media, in order to reach better customer experiences, branding, business growth
• Manage Dow 1688 E-Commerce platform daily operation, including SEO/SEM, data analysis, loyalty programs, mainly focusing on content management, customer management, campaign management, product/SKU assortment.
• Lead other e-commerce platform execution, include Molbase, MRO, etc.
• Deploy SCRM and other MarTech, SalesTech tools, and corresponding data management & governance.

Qualifications

• 50% artist, 50% scientist. Half poet, half geek.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in digital marketing or e-commerce role
• Both digital-maniac & business-savvy, super passionate about digital and e-commerce, firmly believing that digital can overturn the traditional old-fashioned industry, while also having strong business acumen that able to identify and resolve business pain points
• Strong implementation skills with can-do attitude and caring about details
• Courageously embrace failure and confront uncertainty with high resilience and flexibility
• Creativity and agility, from 0 to 1, embrace and lead change
• Fluent in English communication

Career Path

Successful candidate is expected to stay in the role for 18-24 months, after which candidate can be placed in a commercial role, which include digital manager or marketing manager, etc.
