Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for the implementation and coordination of process control testing of raw materials and finished product in accordance with the company quality standards; performs customer relations work related to quality customer complaints.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conducts quality
   control tests/analyses on raw materials, in-process/finished product
   samples, to assure adherence to quality standards; conduct usage decision
   (UD) on acceptance/rejection of goods to be used in production and updates
   SAP/LIMS system accordingly.
2. Operates lab
   instruments and related equipment; maintains in optimum working condition.
3. Performs regular
   calibration and preventive maintenance of all laboratory equipment in
   accordance with the procedures stipulated in the laboratory work
   instructions manual.
4. Conducts lab-scale
   production batching for the purpose of investigating production
   problematic batches, scale up of new products/modification of existing
   ones and establishing blend levels for reworking out-of-specs batches.
5. Records all
   laboratory and analytical data on appropriate media (i.e., workbook, SAP, NWA)
   and ensures its timely recording and efficient filing.
6. Ensures proper management
   of all raw material and finished product sample storage and retention
   program.
7. Maintains cleanliness
   and orderliness of laboratory.

SAP/LIMS

1. Uses, applies only
   basic transactions, product/material status changes.
2. Know how to enter
   system and fix routine problems, manipulate basic data.

General

1. Education Level:
   College and above.
2. Good at English reading
   and writing, better if having English communication skill.
3. Good cooperation
   across departments.
4. Familiar with basic
   lab operation rules.
5. Ensures that the
   quality and environmental management systems are understood.
6. Ensures that all
   operating standards are adhered to at all times.
7. Strictly complies
   with the company’s safety and industrial hygiene requirements, rules and
   regulations.
8. Strictly complies
   with the company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.
