岗位职责 （酚醛树脂的研发）

1、 负责酚醛树脂的研究与分析；
2、 建立并发布产品技术规范、原材料规范、测试方法和其它技术资料；
3、 负责化学分析检测、表面处理、新产品开发；
4、 负责对新开发的酚醛树脂进行评估与分析研究；
5、 进行新产品开发、新工艺设计；
6、 对市场和生产过程中酚醛树脂出现的问题或故障进行分析与诊断；
7、 根据市场与生产需要，负责高分子材料的技术改进工作。
任职条件：
1、高分子材料专业，研究生以上学位
2、男女不限，有相关工作经验的优先。
工资待遇：
相关工作经验1年以上5000元/月，司龄满一年10%上调。 （本科生）
相关工作经验2年以上6000元/月（硕士）
相关工作经验3年以上7000元/月. （硕士）
