PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Responsible for the preparation of inquiries and purchase orders
2. Responsible for tracking all open order delivery and payment
3. Supplier management and new qualified supplier sourcing if necessary
4. Coordinate with relevant Department for the Budget of the materials and procure the material as soon as possible if it is urgent.
5. Preparation of new variation orders.
6. Preparation for monthly report and objective tracking.
7. Other work designated by supervisor.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求
1. Above 3 years of related experience;
2. Familiar with supplier evaluation process, vendor negotiation and relationship management
3. Familiar with international business and import and export business.
4. Familiar relevant rules and regulations
5. B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical preferred);
6. Familiar with SAP is preferential.
7. Familiar with MS Office
8. Good English level
9. Good communications skills;
