Learning & Organization Development Manager
Location in Shanghai
Report to HR Director
Responsibilities
Responsible for lead the design, development and implementation of new internal and external learning program that are aligned with the organization’s business objectives and employee needs
Implement the Executive Development Programme
Conduct needs assessment, research suitable training program, manage nomination, coordinate with facilitators, evaluate program and effectiveness
Design and develop the Annual Global L&D plan and calendar
Lead a group of individual Trainer to coordinate and implement L&D initiatives, design and facilitate new program and to customize new program
Manage the Global Corporate Management Trainee Program
Develop and monitor the Talent Management System – Performance, Succession and Learning & Development module
Monitor the performance of the High Potential development centre
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business or Human Resources Management, MBA preferred
Minimum 8 years working experience in similar capacity specialize in L&D/OD function with international FMCG or retail sector.
Experience in executing a L&D and talent management strategy
Multi task, able to drive multiple projects simultaneously
A seasoned facilitator with experience in designing and delivering employee and leadership development program to multiple levels of employees
Lead regional implementation and utilization of learning technology (LMS)
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Requirements:
at least Bachelor Degree in OD, HR, Management, or Psychology
At least 8 years’ experience in understanding and evaluation of the needs of sizable organization, leading training & development and cultural change program
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Location in Shanghai
