全球知名互联网巨头:高级JAVA软件工程师-有移动端/无线端经验优先

岗位职责：

1. 深入发掘和分析业务需求，撰写技术方案和系统设计；
2. 根据公司需求完成移动端产品（移动网站、微信、APP）的开发和维护；
3. 理解和分析客户的业务需求，与产品人员主动沟通，解决产品设计中存在问题，提升产品质量；
4. 负责核心技术问题的攻关，系统优化；解决项目开发过程中的技术难题；
5. 相关技术支撑工作，配合策划、执行与监控移动端产品的运营及活动，收集建议，改善产品，对效果负责；
6. 按研发计划，负责公司各个项目的需求分析或软件设计工作；
7. 参与或领导跨团队的研发项目。

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，计算机、通讯、电子工程、自动化等相关专业；
2. 3年及以上使用JAVA开发的经验，对Spring,ibatis,struts等开源框架熟悉；
3. 掌握多线程及高性能的设计与编码及性能调优；有高并发应用开发经验；
4. 掌握Linux 操作系统和大型数据库（Oracle、MySql）；对sql优化有丰富的经验；
5. 热爱移动互联网，对移动客户端有浓厚兴趣，具备B2B互联网相关开发工作经验者优先；
6. 能够承受工作压力，学习能力强，适应能力好；具备耐心/细心的品质。
