JOB SCOPE (State briefly purpose and scope of the position) 　 　 　
This position is responsible for technical support and technical development of all the plant. Incumbent must have sound knowledge of manufacturing processes such as, die casting, injection, metal stamping, plating, CNC machining, mold making and etc. and engineering analysis. The ability to interact with all levels of the organization is essential.

1.Managing employees and projects utilizing company policies and procedures.
2. Formulating and developing technical plans to support manufacturing initiatives, new processes, and transition new product initiates to production line.
3. Analyzing, evaluating, and resolving all technical manufacturing issues
4. Developing budget requirements, and ensuring performance within approved budgets.
5. Team with Quality to develop high quality and stable manufacturing processes.
6. Developing, directing and maintaining a program tracking system for all manufacturing development activities. 7. Reports status of all activities

QUALIFICATIONS (List minimum qualifications for job, education, experience, other).
　 　
1. Minimum five plus years of appropriate technical experience and demonstrated competence in a Manufacturing environment. Ability and desire to remain knowledgeable and current in manufacturing, materials, and finishes.
2. experience in consumer products; the best is fishing products, electrical appliances, or power tools.Also, experience of designing products and can review 3D & 2D mechanical drawings
3 . Ability to develop and apply advanced engineering theories, methods, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex technical problems.
4. Working knowledge of modern manufacturing and design tools, for example: Process Capability Studies, Six Sigma Practices, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and Quality Functional Deployment.
5. Bachelor’s Degree and majored in Engineering is preferred.
6. Management skills must include scheduling, budget management, business analysis, and team building as well as frequent technical contributions.
7. Excellent verbal and writing skills. Candidate must be able to professionally present technical presentations internally and externally to Cross.
8. Excellent in both read and written English.
