 职位目标：     Providing high quality service to Sales Excellence Department and each training manager/trainer to meet sales training tasks and vision, good communication with relative departments or agencies to improve training efficiency, coordinate some projects between sales team and training team based on department needs, keep excellent connection with global if necessary.                                                                     

主要工作职责： Support capability development team to manage training system to sales force and internal operation, ensure all the training management standard process implemented well Coordinate the relevant agencies to provide support based on training needs Support training team to complete/get training materials on time Manager the training assets such as training materials, machines and slides, videos internally Make sure training materials to be accepted by sales force on time Translate some English materials to Chinese if necessary  Independently manage and analyze the training record, to provide useful analysis report to the management team Successfully provide a high quality of communication system between sales force and training team Complete some projects based on the department needs     Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)
