Factor I : Accountability (Specific, active verbs, measurable, tangible)
?Be thoroughly familiar with DMC's projects for preparation of engineering drawings & documents in accordance with project specification and requirements
?Prepare all applicable drawings/documents for submission according to schedule in vendor document list and assist Engineers
?Interpret process diagram and P&I diagram
?Prepare Bill-of-Materials
?Build production models
?Complete and update database
?Perform weight control, weight and centre of gravity calculation
?Prepare and supervise equipment 3D-models and templates for CAD drawing library
?Review project specification
?Assist in the review of fabrication drawings and updating of drawings
?Able to coordinate with vendors and engineers for understanding of technical requirements
?Provide engineering supports to Sales and Proposal team in project pursuit
Factor II : Knowledge and Skills (Describe skills this job will use these skills)
Knowledge and Skills
(Qualification, experience, knowledge, skill & specific competencies)
?Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
?At least 3 years relevant experience working as a piping or drafting designer in related Oil & Gas Industries
?Fluent in oral and written English and preferably in another language useful to the region covered.
?Conversant with AutoCAD, 3D-CADWorx, Microsoft office and other related tools. Familiarity with 3D modelling package will be added advantage. Familiar with ASME and GB piping codes and standards.
?Good personality, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively.

?Solid line reporting to Engineering Manager

?Discuss work progress and problems regularly with Engineers and Engineering Manager
