Requirements:

- Junior in Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical or Precision Engineering
- Min 3 years experiences in machining production plan and manufacturing environment
- - Working knowledge on Inventory Control and Material Planning is preferred;
- Familiar with ERP system like Oracle /SAP is preferred;
- Good understanding of customer relationship management would be an added advantage;
- Familiarity with shipping laws, marine cargo insurance, and export procedures would be an added advantage
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.

Responsiblity:

- To arrange the production plan according capacity analyzing, ensure the workshop run in high efficiency;
- To manage and put out work order and pick list;
- To track in the production schedule, arrange shipment, ensure delivery on time;
- To manage the daily efficiency, analyze and require production team to improve;
- To communicate with inner or outer customer;
- To be responsible for orders fulfillment,entry orders and selling price issue;
- To report the booking and billing amount;
- To deal with WO & Related jobs;
- Purchase requisition released;
- Other responsibilities to be determined as needed;
- Able to read engineering drawing;
- Good negotiation, planning, coordination skill;
- Good analytical mind and problem solving skill;
- Good interpersonal and communication skill;
- Independent, organized and self-motivated;
- Must able to work with sense of urgency;
- Must be customer oriented and good follow-up skill;
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Other job assigned by supervisor if needed.
