主要职责:

1.Responsible for recruitment and supervise for the recruitment process to insure the new staff meet company requirements.
负责组织人员招聘工作，确保所招聘的人员符合公司各项要求；
2.Responsible for training and supervise for the training process to meet company requirements.
负责组织人员培训工作，确保培训工作符合公司各项要求；
3.Prepare and update the monthly and weekly report to align with the HQ ‘s requirements.
负责准备及更新HR日报表和月报表，以符合公司各项要求；
4.Responsible for HR management including handling procedures related to Recruitment, transfer-in & -out, dismissal, resignation, retirement,. Prepare HR reports to make sure in compliance with the government laws and regulations.
负责组织人事管理工作，包括员工调入、调动、解聘、离职、退休的手续办理，确保人事工作严格依照国家法律、法规进行；
5.Responsible for employee relationship, establishment of internal communication channel and events, communication with employees and implement the employee satisfaction survey.
负责处理员工关系, 建立公司内部员工沟通机制和活动，员工交流及实施员工满意度调查;
6.Support supervisor department to finish organization evaluate & HR-Related Issues review.
协助上级部门完成工厂组织的评估、与人力资源有关的问题的回顾

职位要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above
大学本科以上学历；专业不限
2.At least 5 years manufacturing factory HR management experience
至少5年以上制造业工厂人力资源管理工作经验；
3.Hold CET-4 certification
英语CET-4水平
4.Master Microsoft Office software
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件
5.Master recruitment methods & skills
掌握各种招聘及甄选方法和技巧；
6.Master training know-how, methods & tools
熟悉相关培训知识、方法及工具；
7.Have good observation, analysis, communication & presentation skills
具备较强观察力、分析能力、说服力、演示技巧；
8.Understand in depth central and local government HR policy & regulatory
掌握国家、地方政府有关人力资源的法律及规定
