Key Responsibilities:
？ Support normal, required finance/fiduciary responsibilities for the CBS organization including:
- Coordination and communication of the site budgets and allocations with the global CBS function, CBS Site Function Leads, and other Function Controllers;
- Monitoring of site budget to actual expense and coordination of other function budgets as needed;
- Collaboration and effective engagement with respective Finance leaders and controllers and corporate centres of expertise on fiduciary matters;
- Be an integral part of the Site Leadership team, proactively providing Finance expertise and solutions utilizing the local FSS leadership and team;
- Actively participate and support major projects and initiatives from a financial perspective;
？ Ensuring overall compliance and the internal control systems that provide effective and efficient site operations; reliable financial reporting; and compliance with laws, regulations and corporate policies and minimums are in place. Examples include but are not limited to site security, COSO, Site VP Reviews;
？ Hold self and others accountable for continuous improvement and aggregating results of improvements. Research & implement industry best practices in value measurement for the overall site.
 
Key Requirements:
？ Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance;
？ Minimum of 8+ years of accounting/financial experience;
？ Demonstrated track record in promoting an inclusive environment and seeking ways to integrate differences;
？ Possess appropriate knowledge and technical proficiency in financial and accounting areas together with having good systems understanding;
？ Ability to engage BU partners, shared services and Centres of Expertise appropriately;
？ Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to internal control;
？ Experience working across countries and cultures;
？ Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve conflict in an effective and timely manner;
？ Demonstrated leadership skills;
？ Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
？ Ability to work independently but also in conjunction with other stakeholders;
？ Ability to be the thought leader in the organization;
？ High level of interpersonal skills & ability to engage/influence senior stakeholders;
？ Ability to work effectively, and implement solutions in a virtual team environment;
？ Strong financial and analytical skills;
？ Strong written & verbal communication skills;
？ Persuasive change agent’ capable of challenging conventional wisdom;
？ Advanced proficiency in Excel;
？ Fluent in English and Mandarin;
？ Ability and experience in working in MNC environment;
？ Flexibility to accept a certain level of travel and cross time zone meetings.
