岗位描述：
1、系统掌握目标行业/应用的市场情况、重点机型、基本工艺、技术发展方向；
2、配合销售团队和合作伙伴，开展专业市场推广活动，确认重点客户，制定开发计划；
3、研究重点OEM客户应用，提供优化解决方案，完成特定机型的电控系统的概念测试；
4、协助确认订单客户完成系统设计、程序开发、调试和完善定型、培训等工作；
5、与客户、内部团队、合作伙伴之间保持有效的沟通，整理和分享产品知识和应用技能；
6、必要时后备产品专家和其他OEM应用工程师的工作，完成客户的支持和服务；
7、有计划地参加公司内外部相关产品、行业和应用培训、交流。

岗位要求：
1、能独立完成主流PLC和HMI编程调试，基本图纸设计，有特定行业应用开发经验；
2、具备良好的执行力，较强的学习能力和动手能力；
3、具备良好的沟通能力和公文写作能力；
4、认真、细心、耐心、有亲和力；
5、熟悉AB系统优先。
