职位描述
Control and Monitor all suppliers to ensure that products are shipped on time
1. Day to day management of inspectors and adherence to standards to ensure that quality is maintained.
2.Evaluate and work with suppliers to improve and streamline manufacturing processes and procedures.
3. Ensure all quality aspects during the development process of new products and will follow all development instructions provided by customer
4.Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
1.Minimum 5 years of progressive experience. Experience in the textile/socks industry preferred.
2.Great Knowledge of import and export.
3.Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, have great communication skills, excellent time management and superior negotiation skills.
4.Must possess excellent communication skills, including fluency in both verbal and written English.
