工作内容：
1、收集市场情况及竞争者动态，以协助公司拟定正确销售策略；
2、主要负责无锡、常州、江阴等区域老客户关系的维护；
3、对无锡、常州、江阴等区域新项目、OEM客户的挖掘、跟踪、突破；
4、执行区域销售计划，实线并超越销售目标；
5、准时完成公司要求的各项销售报表。

岗位要求：
1、至少1年以上项目销售经验，有设计院、总包方、业主资源优先；
2、具有较强事业心，追求工作品质，执行力佳；
3、具有优秀的沟通和协调能力，以客为尊；
4、具有对项目的掌控能力和清晰的逻辑思维。
