1、负责财务部门完成公司下达的各项工作目标，负责财务部门日常工作的运营执行；

2、制定、执行财务相关的政策和公司管理制度；

3、负责进行月度、季度、年度财报分析，日常现金流的管控，保证公司业务运营策略的制定与调整；

4、向公司管理层汇报公司经营状况、经营成果、财务收支等各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；

5、与财政、税务、银行等相关政府部门及会计事务所等相关中介机构建立并保持良好的关系；

6、完成公司股东、投资尽调方对财务资料的需求；

7、完成总经理交付的其他任务。

任职资格:

1、财会、金融、经济、管理等相关专业大专以上学历；

2、三年以上同等管理岗位工作经验优先；

3、熟悉企业财务制度及流程、精通相关财税法律法规；

4、熟悉财务软件和办公软件；具有良好的语言表达能力和撰写财务报告能力；

5、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，和团队协作精神。
