1、本科以上学历（研究生优先考虑），专业主修电气工程；

2、35周岁以内，英文流利（书面和口语均能作为工作语言）；

3、至少五年工业电气安装经验（工业自动化、电气接线图、可编程逻辑控制器等）；

4、必须具备电脑知识（需要微软办公软件，有电脑维护软件经验者优先）；在调节各种过程的控制器、工业网络、电气控制部件、工业配电系统、UPS系统等方面具有成熟的故障排除经验；具有预防性维护系统（TPM、相关软件等）的经验；

5、作为一名团队领导，有丰富的管理经验；

6、有色母粒或温室薄膜生产经验者优先考虑；

7、热情、有组织、自我激励、结果导向；

1)up to 35 years old, very good in English

2)Major in Electrical engineering is a MUST, post-graduate studies will be considered a plus

3)Working Experience in masterbatch or, greenhouse film producer will be considered a plus.

4)PC literacy is a MUST (MS Office is required, experience in computer maintenance software will be an asset)

5)At least five years of experience in industrial electrical installations, (industrial automation, Electric wiring diagrams, PLC etc )

6) Proven experience in Maintenance Department at least as a Team Leader

7)Have proven troubleshooting experience in Controllers for regulating various processes, Industrial networks, Electrically controlled components, Industrial power distribution systems, UPS systems, etc

8)Have experience in Preventive Maintenance Systems (TPM, related software, etc.)

9)Enthusiastic, organized, self-motivated, results oriented

安徽海得克塑料有限公司位于马鞍山和县吴江新区工业园区，非常靠近南京（距离南京市区约40公里车程）。目前新工厂处于筹划建设阶段。本岗位作为公司的关键岗位，将汇报给总经理，前期会有至少6个月的培训期。
