1. Except for Engineering scope above, seat engineer has to focus on:

2.Join in design validation cooperation with colleagues of engineering center;

3.Improve product’s structure regarding of quality/craftsmanship;

4.Analysis BM to summary current advance technology/VAVE proposals;

5.Manage engineering documents, maintain and release to internal function departments in time.

6.Lead suppliers to design and develop components and/or subsystem to meet all requirements;

7.Oversee prototype build to support prototype build timing with quality;

8.Resolve issues and manage engineering changes during commodity launch;

9.Support all APQP activities special for OTS documents collection and approval;

10.As interface to work with Engineering center and customer closely;

任职要求：

1. Junior college or above in automobile/Mechanical/Plastic relevant mayors;

2. 3+ years of automobile or relevant experience preferred;

3. In-depth knowledge in drawing, GD&T, and CAD system special for Catia soft operation;

4.Experience in seat component/subsystem design preferred;

5.Experience in reliability process including;
