Job Description:
Main job主要工作：
1、Create and trace preventive maintenance plan, establish the equipment maintenance organism;
编制跟踪预防性维护计划，建立设备维护机制；
2、Repair test equipment on time and quality;
按时地，有质量地完成对设备的维护;
3、Identify problems and take the initiative to eliminate those problems;
定义设备的故障，找到发生故障的原因，并维修设备;
4、Timely completion of standard service reports;
及时完成对于设备的维修报告;
5、Mastery PLC equipment automatic control technology
掌握以可编程序控制器（PLC）为核心的设备自动控制技术；
6、Provide available improvement proposal for the defect found in maintenance;
对于在维修过程中发现的的缺陷，提出改善方案；
7、Responsible for coordination and management for maintenance team.
负责维修团队工作的协调和管理工作。
Main responsibility主要职责：
1、Manage equipment’s maintenance;
设备维修；
2、Troubleshoot and find solutions to a variety of problems, with reproducing issues,
发现并解决设备故障；
4、Work with process team to solve field related problems;
和工艺团队合作，找出相关问题并提出解决方案；
5、Ensure proper care of parts, tools and test equipment and mange calibration and spare parts;
确保零部件/测试工具的完好无损，管理设备的标定以及备件；
6、Complete maintenance report timely.
按时完成维修报告。

Job requirement职位要求：
1、Bachelor Degree in mechatronics or machine manufacturing or above;
机电一体化或机械制造相关专业大学本科毕业或以上
2、No less than 5 years’ experience at maintenance;
五年年以上设备维护相关工作经验；
3、Good ability of problem analyzing and solving;
良好的问题分析和解决能力；
4、Good ability of communication, cooperation and team working;
良好的沟通与协作能力以及团队工作精神；
5、Fluent English writing and speaking, good at computer application, skilled in CAD.
英语口语及书写流利，良好的计算机应用能力，熟练使用CAD

Avk Advanced castings,- a new establishes modern lost foam foundry in Wujiang, Anhui, supplying the Avk group with castings for Valve production. Our project totally will have 3 phase, the 1st phase, which invests 23 millions dollars and takes up 87 mu land, will formally put into production at the end of 2012, the yearly output will reach around 10,000 tons.
From our factory, it is 1-hour-drive to Nanking downtown, we have the company bus between Nanjing and Company. Attractive opportunity, nice welfare and competitive salary.
