职位描述：
1. Take charge in capex projects management in both Anhui and Shanxi factories;
2. Technical support to factory teams in improving EHS/ quality / productivity performance
3. Leading new technology introduction and development according to business demand
4. Leading utility and facility upgrade according to company requirements
5. Engineering capability building in both Shanxi and Anhui factories
6. Manage all the capex projects with fully compliance, internally and externally.
7. Manage all the capex projects in achieving KPIs
8. Leading CI with the support by cross function teams.
9. Initiate and manage energy efficiency improvement
10. Guide factory team on professional maintenance to improve EHS/ Quality / Productivity
11. Participate ISO14001 and OHSAS 18000 system setup from technical perspectives.
Knowledge and Skills required
1. B.S degree in engineering major related.
2. 7-10 years relevant to manager / project experience within a Pharmaceutical/FMCG environment
3. Proven track record of delivering change with experience of World Class Manufacturing techniques.
4. Working experience in multi national company.
5. Proven experience of facilitating cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable change.
6. Fully conversant with GMP and ISO9000 quality standards.
7. Good English writing. English speaking is preferred
