职位描述：
岗位职责:

1.Be familiar with Sales Effectiveness Program and provide Sales Effectiveness Report upon Sales Management Team;
2.Provide SEP monthly report upon request, ensure the quality of the report after fully communication with sales supervisor/manager;
3.Field visit periodically to track the sales team SEP implementation;
4.Provide SEP training to new comers, help to solve the SEP problems during daily work;
5. Maintain the SEP system to make sure sales team can making call plan with it smoothly .
6. Collect the system request from sales team and work closely with IT team to make it happen , which can help sales team working more effectively .
7.Perform other duties as assigned by the director, and sales team as well.

任职资格:

1.College or above education with major in data analysis, admin management or relevant;
2.Minimum 2~3 years experience of data management or relevant;
3.Obtain sense of responsibility and be hard working, team-player and mature;
4.Sense of data is required;
5.Initiate, can work well without close supervision;
6.Be flexible to change and willing to take challenge.
7.Be familiar with medical industry as a plus;
8.Fluent in both oral and written English is a plus;
