Responsibilities
主要职责：Key responsibilities:
- 依据公司合规要求及业务发展需要，逐步建立并完善经销商渠道数据内控制度、政策与流程
Based on compliance requirements and business development needs, gradually establish and perfect the internal control system of distribution channel data, policies and procedures
- 负责监控经销商数据质量，及时发现数据异常情况，分析、评估风险
Responsible for monitoring the data quality of distributors, the timely detection of data anomalies, analysis, and risk assessment
- 建立数据核查机制，定期对经销商渠道数据进行抽查与核查，收集相关凭据并存档备案
Establish data verification mechanism, carry out spot checks and verification to distributors on a regular basis, and collect relevant credentials on file
- 发现的问题按程序上报，并建议行之有效的改进计划，跟进问题解决，确保风险控制点有效运作
Reported problems in accordance with the procedure, suggest the effective improvement plan and follow up on problem solving to ensure the effective operation of the risk control points
- 配合开展对内部员工、经销商的有关公司制度、合规要求的培训
Train internal employees and distributors related to corporate policies as well as the compliance requirements
- 与业务团队密切合作，优化经销商渠道，预防不合规的渠道数据出现
In close cooperation with the business team to optimize the distribution channel, and prevent non-compliant channel data
- 与合规、风控等部门合作，协助公司审计，或者参与相关业务项目的数据审核工作
Cooperate with compliance, risk control and other relevant departments to assist the company's audit, or participate in a business project data audit

Qualifications
任职要求：Requirements:
1.熟悉医药行业商务运作及经销商渠道管理业务，了解风险控制或审计的方法与流程
Familiar with business operations and distribution channel management in pharmaceutical industry, and understand the methods and processes of risk controls or auditing
2.具有较强的责任心和良好的职业道德，表达能力与沟通能力出色，有团队合作精神
Has a strong sense of responsibility and good work ethic, excellent expression and communication ability, as well as teamwork spirit
3.较强的数据处理及分析能力，思维缜密有逻辑，具有敏锐的洞察力
Strong data processing and analysis capabilities, and careful thinking logic with keen insight
4.熟练掌握办公软件及常用数据库系统的运用，优秀的中英文读写能力
Proficiency in the use of office software and common database systems, excellent in English reading and writing skills
5.本科或以上学历，3年以上外企或大型企业相关工作经验，能适应出差
Bachelor degree or above, more than three years MNC or large enterprises related work experience, and adapt to travel
