职位描述：
Duties & responsibilities / 工作职责：
Execute purchasing activities which are relevant with daily administration job.
执行日常行政工作相关的采购
Execute purchasing activities which include tools, fixtures and so on according to different requests.
根据不同需求，采购工具、装置等
Regularly work out detail payment programs according to specific financial requirements and apply for payments accordingly
根据财政需要，定期更新具体付款项目，并申请相应付款
Monitoring supplier performance (cost, quality, OTD, service) and handle with relevant problems
监察供应商能力（成本、质量、准时交货率、服务），并处理相关问题
Maintain ERP system and relevant documents for purchasing activities.
维护ERP系统以及采购相关的文件
Other task assigned by department leader.
完成部门领导安排的其他任务

Qualification / 要求:
Bachelor degree or above, engineering background preferred
大学本科或以上学历，工程相关专业为佳
2 years relevant working experience in multi culture company preferred
在跨国公司有2年以上相关工作经验为佳
be serious and responsible, can work under high pressure
严谨负责，能够承受工作压力
Good communication skills
良好沟通能力
be good at MS office software
熟练运用办公软件
Good English oral and written
