职位描述：
Duties & responsibilities: ？
Organize and follow up the maintenance and repair work of office lights, facilities and furniture.
组织并跟进电灯、办公室设施及家具的维护、维修工作；
Monitor and maintain the proper use of company property to ensure effective office facility supply.
监控并维护公司资产的合理使用及有效供给；
Be responsible for daily administrative operation coordination, incl. office cleaning, shuttle bus arranging, stationery and name cards supply, meeting room planning, etc.
负责协调日常行政事务的运行，包括办公室清洁、班车安排、文具发放、名片印制、会议室整体安排等事务。
Receive visitors, answer and transfer incoming phone calls when the receptionist is not available.
前台不在时负责接待访客，接听及转接公司来电；
Support company event when needed.
根据公司需要支持公司活动；
Support pick up service.
支持公司接送服务；
Paper work and documentation of the department.
部门内部文档管理工作；
Proactively provide inputs/suggestions to supervisor in improving the office policies/procedures and ensure the efficient and effective implementation within the admin team to further enhance office service level.
积极向主管提出建议或反应情况以改进公司政策/流程，保证相关公司制度在行政部门有效实施，不断提升行政部服务水平；
Other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
完成主管安排的其它工作。


Qualification:
Good oral and written English skills.
良好的英语口语及书面表达技能；
Good at MS office software and the using of office equipment
良好的办公软件操作技能及办公设备使用技巧；
Good sense of service, hardworking and responsible
服务意识强，工作努力，有责任心；
Good interpersonal skills
良好的人际交往能力；
Team spirit
