Key Duties & Responsibilities
-Responsible for IT Solutions product systems installation
-Provide system technical support / trouble shooting
-Implementation of system upgrade or modification for the existing customer installation
-Coordination with all commissioning activities
-Deliver training and supervision to end users
-Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures
-Other tasks assigned by the manager

Knowledge & Skills
-Bachelor degree with major in Computer Science
-More than 2 years working experience in IT Solutions
-Experience in development / execution / training of IT system or electronics products is highly preferred
-Flexible to travel to customer sites
-Intermediate English
