1.协助总经理制定研发战略规划，为重大研发决策提供建议和信息支持；
2.负责领导实施新产品开发和产品技术改良；
3.负责组织公司技术创新工作；
4.组织销售的技术支持工作；
5.负责参与供应商管理并提供技术支持；
6.本部门日常工作管理；
7.完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求：
1.本科或以上；5年以上相关工作经验；
2.橡胶、高分子、精细化工等专业；
3.掌握WORD,EXCEL等办公软件使用方法，具备基本的网络知识，熟练运用各项制图软件；
4.具有较强的领导能力、组织能力、沟通能力、计划与执行能力、影响力、计划与执行能力 举报 分享
