职位描述：
Responsibilities 职责：
1. Support on daily work of applicaiton/engineering team, showroom management and product sales team.
支持应用/工程团队、展厅管理及产品销售团队日常工作；
2. Assist in handling commercial affairs, including preparing technical & commercial proposals, dealing with invoices, contacting and communicating with customers, etc.
协助处理商务事宜，包括准备技术和商业提案、处理发票、与客户联系沟通等；
3. Prepare presentation materials，cover/introductory letters, contracts, reports, meeting minutes and other documents.
准备演讲资料、介绍信函、合同、报告、会议记录及其他文件。
4. Support on daily paper work of product sales, including document translation, quotation & contract preparation, technical documentation and sales mannual Chinese version coordination & management in various technical system
为产品销售提供文书支持，包括翻译文书、准备报价及合同，协调及管理各类技术系统上的技术文件和销售手册中文版本文件等。
5. Assist in organizing schedules, appointments and travel arrangements in an efficient way to make best use of limited time and resources for all team members.
协助团队成员有效组织并安排日程、会议及出差行程等以高效利用有限的时间和资源；
6. Support on departmental general clerical duties，such as documentation filing, customer satisfaction surveys coordination and other administrative support if needed.
支持部门一般文职工作，包括整理文件和归档、客户满意度调研协调及根据需要执行其他行政事务。
7. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirement 要求：
1. College and above, commercial major is preferred.
大专及以上学历，商务相关专业者优先。
2. Good spoken and written English skills
较强的英语口语和书写能力
3. Strong PC Skills, good at Microsoft applications.
较强的计算机能力和微软应用能力
4. Reliable，strong coordination skills, can work under pressure
