Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
？Coach, build, enable manager capability and effectiveness. Ensure managers have a solid understanding of the different levels of support available to them through online resources, call centers, or MOS Client Facing face-to-face counseling. Drive execution of annual and daily processes and provide timely and effective coaching to managers on HR processes and programs, ensure that programs and processes delivered by MOS are aligned with the business and HR strategies according to business request
？Implement people strategy and HR aspects for business priorities that are efficient, consistent and legally sound. Ensure that positive relationships are maintained with Unions and/or Works Councils; as needed, efficiently negotiate and resolve individual or group issues with the latter. Responsible for company mergers, acquisitions and divestitures:
？Drive global standardization, alignment and operational efficiency. Advocate and promote awareness of the Global HR Operating Model - direct colleagues' questions, conversations into the model. Identify gaps in existing HR policies/process and participate in the ongoing review of HR processes and make recommendations for process efficiencies, as well as opportunities to stop, automate, or standardize transactional work in cooperation with MOS Shared Services. Develop and deliver strategies and processes that ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement in partnership with MOS and enterprise groups (CoE). Partner with divisional HR Leads to understand the business requirements and strategies to determine and drive potential change impacts on site and in MOS Shared Services (in cooperation with MOS Shared Services Leaders)
？Budget Management : Work with BU/Finance to develop HC and payroll budget for OP, support BU budget management activities.
？Provide support on talent engagement and retention activities . Advice and support on talent development
