职位描述：
CP China is seeking an HR Assistant to provide a comprehensive administrative support to day-to-day operations of human resources ensuring the efficient delivery of overseas talent recruitment processes. The individual will be directly involved in a large-scale overseas project with foreign management and intensive on the job training.

Duties and Responsibilities：

·Preparing and posting job advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews, participating in selection process, and administering pre-employment tests in English.
·Providing administrative support such as forms and reports, arranging meetings, translation Chinese-English.
·Research new channels for international recruitment, contact prospects, and arrange follow up calls.
·Responding to and putting through various queries from managers and employees, and from other agencies or departments.
·Handling issues and inquires in unavailability of HR Manager.
·Maintaining employee file records up-to-date by handling changes in employee status in timely manner.
·Helping in maintenance of employee directory and company organization charts.

Skills and Specifications：

·Knowledge of recruitment process
·Advance user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and search engines
·Advance business writing skills in Chinese and English，Russian is a plus
·Ability to operate under immense pressure and big data
·Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
·Excellent Chinese and English language skills in both verbal and writing
Education and Qualifications
·Master degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
·Chinese nationality
