MISSION
Support the strategic objective of designing and developing professional & innovative software packages not limited to track & trace solutions, standard company software solutions

MAIN ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
?Analyze customers' (end user or partners) needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within scope, time and cost
? Design, code and debug applications in various software languages, in accordance with specification, design criteria and development process
?To continually analyze software solutions and work on continuous improvement through innovative upgrade or cost efficient design change taking into account up-to- date technology and fits current/future market demand
?Support, maintain and document software functionality
?Perform software presales visit and sales support for software solutions introduction to end users whenever required
?Regular communication with overseas counterpart to share knowledge and known software solutions, leverage on known software solutions that can be clone globally and within the region
?Develop and maintain technical and operational competency on Markem-Imaje products and latest software solutions through study, training, hands on use and field exposure to customer applications. Required to successfully complete product training courses and demonstrate competency level as defined by management.
?Adhere to all Markem-Imaje policies; i.e., Confidentiality, ICT policy, Staff handbook, Safety and customer policies. Ensure that software design solutions and detailed documents are back up in the server and limited access only to immediate manager.

REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor’s Degree with software solutions design and development preferably catering to FMCG, electronics and industrial sectors not limited to production and coding control, database management, webserver application (search/enquiry platform), WMS
? Proficiency in various software developing languages: (C#, VB, MS Studio embedded ..)
? Experience with database management software (SQL)
? Solid and proven knowledge and skills in software module design and compiling into a solutions package
? Had experience in delivering software projects in timely and professional completion
? Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills. Proven ability to share knowledge for diverse audiences of varying size and negotiate with customers and vendors
? Good verbal and written command of Chinese; good English knowledge to understand technical documentations and communicate with overseas counterpart
? Must be willing and able to travel
? Team player
? Proven expereince and/or strong demonstration on pontential of people management is preferred
