Common Activities / Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Manage customers’ order delivery in SAP to maximize service level and customer satisfaction;
2. Coordinate with planner, buyer, sales or other internal stakeholders to confirm orders shipping date to customer and take necessary actions to secure the delivery to customers rightly.
3. Manage the domestic process flow (scheduling with internal warehouse, 3PL Warehouses and planner, follow up with carrier)
4. Manages China 3PL warehouses operation such as inbound, outbound, inventory take and cycle count, replenishment between warehouses to achieve the company’s KPI targets and comply with relative regulations.
5. Controls the inventory level, FIFO and expiry in 3PL warehouses and Distribution center. Plan the safety stock with planner regularly.
6. Ensure communication with customers and any other partner (carrier, warehouse …) related to customer orders.
7. Process shipping documents such as picking list, delivery note, letter of credits and POD as required
8. Maintain necessary records, files and reports.
9. Follows company’s rules and guidelines.

Position/Job Requirements:
? KNOWLEDGE: Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues; customer satisfaction; China domestic customer service & logistics;
? JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Has internal and some external contacts.
? SUPERVISION: Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
? EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience

Education/Training Required:
General Profile (Qualifications, Experiences, Technical competencies, Professional abilities…)
- College degree in Business Administration, Logistics or other related.
- China domestic customer service & logistics experience

Work Experience Required:
- Associates degree or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience

Knowledge & Skills:
? Good at writing and speaking English
? Strong MS office / SAP knowledge
? Good communication skills that include phone etiquette
? Good team working spirit
? Hazardous handling and shipping (IMDG) as required
