Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in an Engineering discipline or a combination of related experience and education is required.
Rich knowledge and experience of conventional machines (common industrial assembly and testing equipments such like air/liquid leakage detector, PLC controlled tools, as well as CNC knowledge as a plus)
Experience with TPM system build and preventive maintenance methodology.
Open minded and good communication skills.
3+years of professional experience in Mechanical Industry as key player of equipment/testing fixtures troubleshooting.
Able to work under pressure to meet the project or hot issues deadline.
Mandarin: Must be able to communicate with fluent Mandarin.
English: Good communication on oral speaking and good command of written English.
Job description
Develop maintenances strategy and plan to ensure availability of machines and facilities, ensure continuous fact-based performance improvement to support business.
Ensures maintenance resources plan in line with overall demand in terms of team scale and competence.
Strictly comply with company’s related working process, policies and ensure 100% implementation meet requirement, ensure all activities are 100% compliant with legal requirement
Monitor time lost due to equipment malfunction; identify, research and prepare recommendations on significant changes that need to be made to resources, procedures, systems, equipment, or technology.
Participate to negotiate large or strategically important supplier and vendor contracts ( for example constructing new facilities, installing new production lines) to secure terms that are in the organization’s best interest.
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of professionals to ensure that maintenance activities meet established targets and standards.
Manage the approved plan to achieve project deliverables & timeline objectives viz. mobilize the team/contracts & coordinate schedules with respect to planning, procurement & execution strategy in line with contact provisions.
Implement EHS, QA, QS and Risk Management, in accordance with the Owner and the Contract requirements. Ensure quality, safety, progress and cost control and initiate necessary corrective actions as and when required
Anticipate and resolve problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts to achieve on time or earlier deliveries and ensure contracting partners deliver project within the contracted duration & agreed budget.
