职位描述
岗位职责：
1. Manage testing schedules and prioritizes experiments by level of importance.
2. Perform laboratory tests or other laboratory work using conventional and computerized machines and work aids within prescribed standards.
3. Oversee the accuracy of the laboratory staff to ensure accountability for quality of tests and test results.
4. Manage, coordinate, and provide strategic planning activities of lab.
5. Develop test procedures, equipment manuals, and documentation associated with equipment tested.
5. Lead laboratory safety initiatives and ensure that equipment is operated safely and within operating parameters.
6. Evaluate, recommend and implement the inventory of lab equipment instruments and supplies including the management of preventative maintenance and repairs.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electric
2. 10+ years experience in lab or testing environment, preferably for hydraulic or pneumatic valve products.
3. Minimum 6 years of product testing & phnumatics product knowledge. And 3+ years experience in lab management.
4. Experience in developing and implementing test procedures, equipment manuals, and/or documentation associated with equipment testing.
5. Successful experience in facility planning as well as managing equipment needs.
6. Good team-work spirit and serious work attitude.
