Responsibilities:

1 On site trouble-shooting to develop solution to fleet problems;

在现场处理解决列车上的产品问题；

2 Act as 1st point of technical contact with customers;

作为客户的第一联系人；

3 Maintenance, repair and overhaul of defect parts;

维护、修理、检查配件故障；

4 Normal maintenance work;

产品的日常维护；

5 Arrange service technicians and repair workers relative tasks and give relative help or training;

负责安排服务技师及维修工工作，并给服务技师和维修工指导和培训；

6 Make regular and clear report;

给上级主管进行常规汇报；

7 Attend technical and operational review meetings with customer;

和客户一起参加技术及操作检查会议；

8 Record & develop trend analysis on returned materials;

记录不良返回品的趋势；

9 Audit customers maintenance processes;

审核客户的产品维护流程；

10 On site visits to investigate equipment non-compliance;

现场调查设备的非正常工作状态；

11 Inform immediately responsible / involved department and supervisors about problems;

将发现的问题及时汇报反馈给上级主管及相关部门；

12 Follow up open issues until closed;

跟踪现有问题直至解决；

Requirements:

1 Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or above;

机械工程学学士学位或以上学历；

2 Have electrical basic knowledge, mechatronics;

具备基本的电气知识和机电一体化的相关知识；

3 Over 3 years working experience in a shop floor or customer service area, and working experience in railway industry is preferred;

在工厂中或客户服务领域有超过3年的工作经验；有铁路行业工作经验优先；

4 Strong communication ability, problem solving skills, and leadership skills;

沟通能力强，有解决问题的能力，领导力；

5 Able to work at night shift;

能够从事夜班工作；

6 Able to work in depot or customer site;

能够在火车站及客户现场工作；

7 Good English in both speaking and writing;

英语口语及书面表达出色；

8 Good at MS Office;

能够熟练使用微软Office办公软件；
