职位描述
MISSION
This position within GC BU FP&A team is responsible for supporting the organization related to financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategic analysis
MAIN ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Daily business review and reporting including order booking, billing and backlog
2.Business related contract review
3.Assist in completion of the monthly financial forecast of China BU. Issue forecast & budget templates and upload into BW on time and in good quality.
4.Weekly service revenue review and settlement in SAP
5.Assist in preparation of financial data & analysis to support regular business reviews and management presentations
6.Sales return order review and process control
7.Monthly controllable cost review and report to cost center owner on time
8.Assist in other business analysis work as deemed necessary by manager
Education / Training
Major in Finance or Busines Administration
Work experience
1.At least 3 years working experience in accounting
2.Alt least 3-5 year working experience in financial analysis & planning
Knowledge & skills
1. Accounting in US GAAP
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint
3. Knowledge of SAP and BW or other data warehousing tools to be considered an advantage.
4. Strong analytic skills
5. Good written & oral English
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Located in Caohejing Shanghai
