Job description
● Analyze the operational and functional cost for all divisions and provide financial information to management team.
● Analyze in detail for the company financial statement including Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow
● Proactive in the company financial forecast and planning process including the 1MF/3MF/12MF process
● Work as a super user for SAP and related databases like NFAP, Small investment, Payment Process and Fixed assets management etc.
● Work in close cooperation with Shared Services (Infosys and ACBS) on Accounting to Reporting processes and procedures.
● Assist in drafting company policies and to ensure the processes and procedures are followed.
● Be proactive highlight early warning signals as and when required to the Business Controller.
● Participate in operational projects and process improvement.
● Any other ad hoc reports required for the management team

Mission
● TheBusiness Analyst will be actively involved in developing and improving the current Accounting to Reporting processes and reports for the management team and supporting and standardization and quality in BPO and assisting BC in the analysis of regional and consolidated results.

Experience requirements
● 2+ years related accounting and financial reporting experience
● Experience in working for a international company and multi cultural environment

Knowledge
● Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications
● Intermediate knowledge on Lotus Notes and SAP R/3 will be a plus
● Fluent in spoken and written Chinese
● Willingness to improve English skills in a short period.

Educational requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration strongly preferred.
● Professional qualification or significant progress toward qualification will be a great added advantage.

● Maintain an open mind and confidentwhen working with co-workers to learn new approaches.
● Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.
