Title/Position: RCA marketing specialist

Reporting to: RCA service manager

Mission:
To provide best support for parts/capital equipment sales team in China to achieve maximum customer value.

Major responsibilities:
Implementation of divisional product marketing activities
-RCE (road construction equipment) parts support, frequent communication with CRS sourcing, service, TS and RDC, to build up reasonable parts and price list.
-Competitor info investigates of RCE parts and activities, take action to make sure providing competitive prices.
-Supplier channel build up and support for RCE engines/special parts such as planer drum bits.
-Special price reviewing for parts sales.
-Maintenance kits and price list update.
-Implementation of marketing promotions for parts in China
-To provide technical advice to sales force and customers.
-To support sales team, dealers and customers in the respect of technical enquiries of parts and service kits.
-To prepare all technical materials such as presentation, market analysis, competitors’ comparison, etc.
-To support parts & capital equipment sales team for distributor/reseller management and development.

Co-ordination with sales team
-Providing intensive training of product and application knowledge to parts sales team and dealers.
-Support sales team and dealers to achieve their sales target.
-To collect marketing information and product performance information as required.

Job Requirement:
-University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or other related.
-More than 3 years experience in technology, marketing or after service job in road construction industry.
-Very good English in both spoken and written.
-Good computer skills including Microsoft skills and Lotus Notes.
-Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
-Willing to travel.
-The job is based in Beijing/Shanghai


1.对RCE零件销售的支持，与工厂CRS sourcing, service以及CRS TS和RDC保持沟通联系，建立AC正常的供货产品及合理的市场价格。

2.对RCE零件的市场的竟争价格及竟争品牌的价格调查及反馈支持。

3.对RCE发动机零配件的供货渠道的建立及运作支持。

4.对RCE特殊产品，如刀头的销售支持及供应沟通支持。

5.对RCE主机销售的随机配件，易损推荐配件等的计划及供货支持。

6.配件包支持，定期更新服务产品及价格。

工作地：北京/上海

要求：

1. 具备5年以上RCE产品售后领域工作经验，了解售后/零配件服务流程
2. 良好的英文阅读和写作能力，口语良好者更佳
3. 积极主动，沟通能力强
