Job description
- Responsible for Specialty Rental business in West/Middle China with primary focus in Sichuan, Chongqing and Hubei.
- Achieving sales result and market share according to plan.
- Working closely with customers and new prospects to establish relationships.
- Maximizing generated leads fully by solution selling.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Establish, develop and maintain distributor network.
- Monitoring and reporting on market activity.
- Co-ordinate with in-house departments/suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up for collection of payments.

Mission
- Develop and implement sales/marketing and business plans in accordance with the objectives and targets established by the Management.

Experience requirements
- Min 2 years sales or marketing experience in industrial or construction equipments.
- Previous experience in equipment rental business will be preferred, though not essential.
- Experience in Petrochemical/Chemical/Oil & Gas industry is a plus.

Educational requirements
- Graduate from University with a minimum of bachelor degree, major in Mechanical Engineering or other related.

Knowledge
- Fluent English skill, both in oral and in writing.
- Customer oriented, good interpersonal skill and team work spirit.

Personality requirements
- Able to play an active role in business and project planning progress.
- Strong skills in communication and negotiation.
- Able to work effectively in a multi-functional team.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel throughout China.
