职位职责:
负责指定地区液压破碎锤、移动式空气压缩机和气动凿岩机等建筑机械设备的销售工作并完成销售指标。
寻找潜在客户和开发/管理代理商。
与客户和代理商建立良好关系,提高销售业绩。
组织召开客户和代理商的研讨会,有效执行促销计划和技术培训。
及时分析和提供有效的市场信息,包括产品定价,竞争对手市场活动和新产品等。
完成月报表。

职位要求:
本科学历以上,机械工程或同等专业毕业。
2年以上机械设备的销售经验，有建筑机械行业背景优先。
良好的人际关系、沟通能力、团队精神,工作积极主动,并有良好的判断能力。
基本的中英文听说读写能力。
熟练操作电脑。
适应经常出差,能吃苦耐劳。


Job description / Mission
? Be responsible for hydraulic breaker/portable air compressor/rock driller equipment sales and achieve the sales target in the assigned area by individual effort and team works.
? Approach/manage new prospects and new distributors.
? Develop and enhance good working relationship with distributors and customers in the territory to advance the selling efforts.
? Efficiently organize seminars by cooperation with distributors/main customers to carry out promotion plan and training plan.
? Analyze and provide timely, accurate market information to reporting manager and shared with sales team, such as pricing situations and status of competitive activities and products, relative the success of marking strategies and programs for the territory.
? Monthly report.

Job Requirement:
? University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
? More than 2 years experience in machinery sales.Construction machinery is preferred.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.
? Basic skill in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
? Good computer skills including Microsoft skills and Lotus Notes.
? Willing to travel.
